Bringing homestyle Irish food to the streets of London, Irish-born chef and co-owner Liam Brannigan of Brannigan’s Fish & Chips was featured by CBC News ahead of a busy St. Patrick’s Day celebration in London, Ontario. His food truck serves authentic Irish-inspired street food to local crowds.
Brannigan grew up in Belfast and has worked in the food industry since he was 15. After years of experience, he and his wife Tracey combined their skills to launch a food truck, transforming an old firetruck into a fully equipped mobile kitchen serving traditional Irish comfort food across southwestern Ontario.
